Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a foundational technique that uses smooth, flowing strokes with light to moderate pressure to promote deep relaxation and enhance circulation. Recommended for: First-time clients, older adults, and individuals recovering from illness or surgery.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage blends passive stretching and muscular manipulation to release tension in deeper muscle groups. This approach promotes flexibility, improves range of motion, and supports recovery.

Recommended for: Clients seeking targeted tension relief and improved mobility.

Sports Massage

Designed with performance and recovery in mind, Sports Massage incorporates physical therapy–based stretching techniques. Unlike traditional styles, clients actively engage by applying a specific percentage of pressure during each stretches to enhance mobility and muscle activation. This dynamic session supports improved flexibility and better functional movement.

Recommended for: Athletes and active individuals with specific performance or recovery goals.

Focus Session

This targeted massage addresses one or two specific muscle groups—such as the neck and shoulders, or hamstrings and calves—to provide concentrated relief where it’s needed most.


Recommended for: Clients recovering from minor injuries or seeking focused treatment in a specific area. It’s also an excellent introduction to massage therapy for first-time clients.
