My name is Valentina White

I am a graduate of the Carolina Massage Institute, class of 2019. The past few years have afforded me the opportunity to work with more than 2100 individuals during which I have come to appreciate the integral role that massage therapy can play in the physical therapy and rehabilitation world. During this period, I’ve focused my ongoing studies on various types of massages, including Swedish/deep tissue, Sports/therapeutic massage, etc. Additionally, after completing my pediatric/youth rotation in 2021, I’ve gained valuable experience in rehabilitating clients across our youth and adult age groups. I am passionate about utilizing my knowledge and skills to promote the benefits of massage therapy as a means to enhance and balance overall wellness and support to individuals when achieving their health goals. I look forward to the possibility of working with you and bridging the gap between healthcare and massage therapy in our community.
