Alison York

Alison York

Certified Pilates Instructor

Alison's journey with Pilates began over twenty years ago, soon after her children were born. Following a postpartum back injury caused by abdominal weakness, Pilates became the key to her recovery, restoring strength, alignment, and confidence. Inspired by that transformation, she earned her STOTT Pilates certification and began teaching.

Later, she stepped away to pursue a degree in psychotherapy, deepening her understanding of the mind-body connection. Fast forward to today, her renewed passion for movement and healthy aging led her to complete her Peak Pilates recertification.

She now integrates her background as a licensed therapist and certified Pilates instructor to help clients create sustainable lifestyle change, building bodies that look good, feel good, and support vibrant living at every age.

Sujin Lee

Doctor of Physical Therapy | Pelvic Health | Pilates Instructor

Dr. Jessi Lee is a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to restoring posture, movement, freedom, and confidence in every body.

Originally from Korea, Dr. Lee began her career as a personal trainer, where her curiosity about the human body sparked one life-changing question:

“Why does pain keep coming back, even with exercise?”

That question led her across the world to the United States, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis — one of the nation’s top programs. Her passion for uncovering the root causes of pain and functional decline has guided her practice ever since.

Dr. Lee integrates advanced technology and clinical skills— including Electro-Energy Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, and Dry Needling — with movement-based healing such as Clinical and Restorative Pilates. Her approach bridges science and compassion, helping clients move without pain and rediscover a sense of vitality.

Dr. Lee also provides Pelvic Health Pilates programs for women experiencing incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti (abdominal separation) — helping them restore deep core strength and rebuild body confidence.

With over two decades of experience in fitness and healthcare, she has worked with clients of all ages — from teenagers and athletes to post-surgical patients and active seniors. Dr. Lee is known for her precise assessments, calm and encouraging teaching style, and evidence-based programs that feel safe, personalized, and deeply restorative.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Lee continues to study movement science, Pilates, and functional rehabilitation to refine her craft. She believes that true healing is not about fixing what’s broken but about reconnecting the body, mind, and spirit so each person can live fully again.

“My mission is simple — to help people move better, feel better, and rediscover the joy in their bodies.”

(Dr. Sujin Lee), PT, DPT
