Sarah Black
Certified Pilates Instructor
Sarah Black is a classical Pilates teacher originally from Durham, North Carolina, trained through Classical Kulture Pilates in Atlanta, Georgia under the mentorship of Alexa Idama of Peachtree Pilates and Michelle Leach of No Excuses Pilates. Through their rigorous comprehensive training program, Sarah was educated in both the Jay Grimes and Romana Kryzanowska lineages of the classical method.
Moving to Georgia for a year to pursue her training became a life-changing experience that deepened not only her understanding of Pilates, but also her connection to discipline, consistency, and intentional movement. What began as a personal transformation quickly evolved into a passion for helping others experience the same benefits Pilates brought into her own life — improved posture, confidence, mobility, strength, and a deeper mind-body connection.
Sarah’s teaching style blends the integrity and structure of the original classical work with an approachable, encouraging energy that welcomes clients of all movement backgrounds. She believes Pilates is for everybody and aims to create sessions that feel supportive, empowering, and deeply connected to the body and breath.
Outside of teaching, Sarah enjoys strength training, content creation, attending Pilates workshops, and assisting with marketing and creative projects for the studio. She is grateful to be part of the Cary Endocrine Pilates community and loves helping clients feel stronger, more centered, and more confident through movement.

Dii Elmore
Certified Pilates Instructor
Dii brings a unique blend of artistry, athleticism, and education to every Pilates session. A competitive dancer with training in the Martha Graham technique, former track and field athlete, Army veteran, and educator, movement has been a lifelong part of her journey. After exploring different paths in the fitness industry, she discovered Classical Pilates and immediately found the discipline, precision, and full-body challenge she had been searching for.
As an instructor, Dii strives to help every client feel energized, confident, and more connected to their body. She believes Pilates should meet each person where they are, thoughtfully adapting exercises with modifications and props while encouraging clients to continue building strength, awareness, and confidence through movement.
Outside the studio, Dii works as a graphic designer, fashion designer, and digital art curriculum consultant, combining her passion for creativity, design, and education. A graduate of The Art Institute of Seattle, she continues to explore the intersection of art, fashion, and technology. She's currently designing and 3D printing a custom fashion doll modeled after herself—bringing together her lifelong passions for fashion, creativity, and innovation.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or continuing your practice, Dii creates an encouraging environment where clients can move with intention, discover their strength, and leave feeling ready for whatever the day brings.
