Semi-Private Schedule
(Starting December 2025)
Studio Policies
Clients who are new to Pilates are required to complete three private sessions (Fundamentals Package) before joining semi-private (group) classes. Semi-private classes are not recommended for anyone with serious injuries, for pregnant clients, or for individuals with no prior Pilates experience.
It is up to the instructor’s discretion to determine whether a client may benefit from additional fundamental private sessions before transitioning into semi-private classes to ensure proper form, safety, and confidence in the foundational movements.
Mat classes are available without private sessions. We recommend incorporating a mat class while completing your private sessions for a deeper understanding of foundational movement.
We are unable to provide private sessions to pregnant clients who are new to the Pilates method.
All payments for sessions and classes are non-refundable.
Please be considerate of our cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full session rate.
